Make this week’s card

How to play

1. Playing is optional and free.
2. Each employee may print only 2 new cards per week. Printing more will disqualify you.
3. Cards can be made Monday through Wednesday only.
4. Bingo cards are valid for that week only.
5. If you get a bingo, submit it to DrT anytime for a prize.
6. Submit your bingo cards to DrT by Saturday at 5:00 PM, whether you win or not. The points will count toward your “Employee of the Year 2027” total.
7. A bingo is 5 completed squares in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row.
8. Only achievements completed during the card’s week count. Achievements may not be carried over from a previous week.
9. Fill in the patient name on each completed square for verification.
